By accessing or using Touchpad you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the service.
2. Description of the service
Touchpad provides a collaborative map interface and a location-scoped feed and chat. The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under them. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
4. Content and moderation
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us the licence needed to display it within the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms; messages removed by a moderator stop appearing in the feed.
5. Intellectual property
The Touchpad software, design and its compilation of map data are protected by copyright. Map tiles are supplied by third parties under their own licences.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including service interruption or loss of data.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Touchpad after an update means you accept the revised version.
